WHAT do we ship?
Although we ship everything, some items require additional shipping charges due to size, weight or quantity ordered.
WHEN do we ship?
Orders placed before 12:00 pm pacific standard time will be processed and shipped on the same business day; Items processed after 12:00pm will process on the next business day.
While we strive to have all items in stock at the time of purchase, on occasion, an item will sell out before we can adjust inventory levels. In the event that an item is purchased that is not in stock, the customer will be immediately notified to resolve the issue.
Your card will not be charged until your item ships out.
WHERE do we ship to?
Anywhere in the continental United States, additional shipping charges for Alaska and Hawaii. We currently do not offer shipping outside of the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Some restrictions may apply.
HOW do we ship?
We ship all merchandise purchased via UPS. After UPS receives the merchandise the carrier assumes all risk and liability.
How we handle returns?
All items purchased have a satisfaction guarantee of 30 days with the exception of books, mouth calls and scopes that have been mounted on a gun. You are required to request an authorization from customer service for any type of return, unfortunately there will be no authorization for returns granted after 30 days from receipt by the customer. In the event of a manufacturer defect you will need to contact the manufacturer after 30 days. Due to the type of products we sell, all returns must be in, like new condition, and all originally packaging must be included. If an item is returned or refunded please allow 14 days for the exchange to take place.
To make a return one must first e-mail webstore@melcottons.com with a description of your reason for return and order's confirmation number. Once the claim is deemed returnable you will receive a valid return authorization number (RA #) from Mel Cotton's to place visibly on the outside of the package you are returning.
The customer will be responsible for the packaging and shipping of all returns.
Web Refunds Will Only Be Given If:
1. Return Authorization (RA) number must be requested 30 days from delivery
2. Item is accompanied with valid Mel Cotton's Return Authorization (RA) number obtained by contacting webstore@melcottons.com
3. Item is accompanied with a copy of your original order confermation.
3. Item is new, unused, and deemed by Mel Cotton's to be in re-sellable condition
